Dr. Sebiletso Mokone-Matabane, PhD

sebliletso@Subrosolve.co.za 		Dr. Sebiletso Mokone-Matabane has extensive experience in telecommunications sectors in the United States and South Africa. Whilst in the United States, she attained her PhD from the University of Texas.
In South Africa, she has served in several positions, including CEO of Sentech Ltd. for 10 years. She has previously served as the Co-Chairperson of the Independent Broadcasting Authority, Member of the Presidential Commission on Information, Society and Development, a Member of the South African Space Council as well as a Member of the National Research & Technology Foresight Project.
Current Board Positions include, Council of the University of South Africa (Deputy Chairperson 2006 to present), Bank of America / Merrill Lynch South Africa, Tselane Basadi Capital (Pty) Ltd. (Chairperson).

Adv. Karin Foulkes-Jones S.C.

karin@Subrosolve.co.za 		Adv. K. I. Foulkes-Jones S.C. is a practicing Senior Counsel and Acting Judge of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa with 40 years of experience. Adv. K.I. Foulkes-Jones S.C. has been Leader of Group 16 Advocates (41 Advocates) since 2001. She was the first women in South Africa to Lead a Group of Advocates.
She was conferred her Senior Counsel status in 1999 by the Johannesburg Bar Counsel in recognition of her contribution to the Legal Community.
She has served annually as an Acting Judge of the High Court of the South Gauteng Local Division (Johannesburg) since 1998 to date.
Adv. K.I. Foulkes-Jones S.C. also presides as Chairman of Imperial Cygnus Investments (Pty) Ltd (ICI), a Renewable Energy Consultancy / Facilitator based in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Mr. Muneeb Gambeno

muneeb@Subrosolve.co.za 		Having obtained his Bachelor of Social Science (Majors: International and Comparative Politics and Industrial Sociology), Muneeb proceeded to study law and obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from UCT in 2000. Muneeb then served articles and practised as an attorney at a top tier national law firm. In addition Muneeb has 10 years experience as a commercial attorney across the financial services, property development and private equity sectors. Muneeb held senior positions at various organizations, including Dubai World (the investment arm of the Dubai Sovereign Wealth Fund) where he had served as General Counsel and Secretary General for their African and Indian Ocean businesses. Prior thereto, Muneeb was a Senior Legal Advisor at Old Mutual Investment Group. Muneeb has been recognised as an “expert with influence” in transactional work in Africa by the UK-based Frontier Strategy Group’s Middle East and Africa Desk and has been contracted as a regional expert network partner by the Frontier Strategy Group.
